讀後感-混沌及其應用
書籍: <<混沌及其應用>>

這是論到非線性動力學(nonlinear dynamics)的起源和應用.

我的想法:
會否有一個可能性是這個情況也可以用在人群的行為呢?


例:
1. 起始點的情況對一個系統的結果影響很大.
2. 而且系統中一個很小的變化, 可以對全個系統有很大的影響. (非線性擴建) 也就是一個看來很少的事, 可能使一個人的人生產生巨變, 也可以因此成為更偉大的人或是成魔之路上的一大步.

教會中的一個"小問題", 可能使它變成不可能成長.
所以, 羅馬書中要求人, 不斷順服聖靈. 不然...

社會也可以因一二事而改變. 問題是它怎樣產生和可否造成它或者避免它.

Point of Departure:

When we want to unify all the four known forces, we are using the adding more dimensions trick. But do not seem to work fine. It is complicated and it involves millions of possible manifolds. Besides it is impossible to verify the works because of the unreachable higher dimensions and energy treshold. (Here I am talking about Superstring theories, GUTs, and other Quantum Gravity theories). What is the other alternative?

The Mathematics used in Quantum Mechanics may have given us some clues.

If we assume that the four dimensions we observed is the basic dimension found in the Universe. Other dimensions are in fact formed in the "transformed" way of the four dimensions.

Let L1 be the four dimensions we are living right now. Then rotate it by 90 degree, just like the X-Y plane in the coordinate geometry. We will get the "observable" universe plane. [Actually it may be best to use the XYZ three dimensions plane to describe whole picture. For simplicity, we stick to the two dimensional analogy first.

What is the basis of this proposal?

1. This is written in the Quantum Mechanics already. What? It is impossible?! We encounter imaginery time sign in the formula which we discard as meaningless in Physics. Remember the story of Lorentz transformation? It is sound in Mathematics, but meaningless in Physics, until Einstein finds the clue. Besides using this proposal, we can use the formulae we already have to propose more obserable phenomena. Thus this proposal can be verified.

2. It can be used to explain the supra-luminal speed in outer space. They are seemly the "light" in higher dimensions with projection on our obserable dimensions.

3. Besides up to now, we can observe only 4-dimensions.

4. It may be used to explain the "instant knowledge" of two separate particles. Two possibilities: They are communicating in higher dimensions not totally observed by us. Or even they are the "same particle" moving in a distinct dimension, but when we observe in our limitation, we see two particles.

Further calculation may be provided later if I have time to do so.
